Today's icebreaker: Mexican Christmas cookies

The objective of this class, was to be in the position of a manager, and to know what are the most important things to take into consideration in order to make the recruitment process in a restaurant.

- These have to be answered in less tan 2 minutes

What’s the funniest thing that happened to you in the last week?

  • Positive & constructive sense of humor

Tell me about a time when you were not treated fairly?  What did you do?

  • Relate well to: guests, co-workers, difficult situations




Activity: The teacher did the questions to both students, and they had to answer properly to be “hired”. The rest of the class had to write what they thought about the student’s responses

It is important to have a positive attitude during an enterview, to answer properly and to show interest, which are the main things that the manager will take in consideration.
